HABCON General Contracting and Equipment Rental is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
🔹 Position: Sales Executive
🔹 Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience,
Preferably in:
Construction & Contracting
Equipment Rental
Building Materials
MEP / Civil Works
Manpower Supply
Industrial & Commercial Services
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into actual sales and projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, procurement teams, and project managers.
Visit project sites and client offices to promote company services.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Develop long-term business relationships and ensure repeat business.
🔹 Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Saudi market preferred.
Must have a proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Existing network of clients in the construction / contracting / industrial sector will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of the Saudi market.
Valid Saudi Iqama / transferable Iqama preferred.
Saudi driving license is an advantage.
