Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as planned.
* Manage and coordinate workers and subcontractors at the site.
* Arrange and monitor the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment.
* Coordinate with the office/project team regarding site requirements and material needs.
* Monitor work quality and ensure all works are completed according to required standards and specifications.
* Check quantities, measurements, and completed works at the site.
* Ensure proper execution of work according to instructions and approved requirements.
* Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and daily work progress.
* Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
* Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and organization at the work site.
* Prepare daily progress updates and report site requirements/issues to management.
* Coordinate with clients/site representatives when required.
* Ensure materials are properly received, stored, and utilized at the site.
* Follow up on pending works and ensure activities are completed within the required schedule.
* Perform other site-related duties normally required from a Site Foreman.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Foreman in construction, maintenance, or related site works.
* Good knowledge of site supervision, manpower management, materials, and quality control.
* Ability to read and understand basic drawings, BOQ, measurements, and work requirements.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Must be able to independently manage day-to-day site activities.
* Basic computer/mobile reporting skills are an advantage.
* **Transferable Iqama / valid legal status in Saudi Arabia preferred.**
* Candidates currently inside Saudi Arabia are preferred.
