We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to required quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate workers and daily site activities.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance and productivity.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other site personnel.
Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment at the work site.
Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is organized.
Ensure workers follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or material requirements to management.
Check the quality of completed work and ensure necessary corrections are made.
Prepare daily progress updates and report work status to the management.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory position.
Good knowledge of site operations and workforce management.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Candidates with relevant construction/site experience are preferred.
