We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to required quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance and productivity.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and project management.
Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing construction work.
Ensure proper use and availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain site safety standards and ensure workers follow health and safety procedures.
Identify and report construction issues, delays, and material requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
Prepare daily work progress reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure work is completed within the agreed schedule and required standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of construction site operations.
Ability to manage and supervise a team of workers.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Relevant construction experience is preferred.
