KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Follow Company Policies and Standards on QHSE.
· Implement and handle production and / or assembly processes on daily basis to manufacture high-quality units (e.g. pump units, batch mixers, coil tubing trailers, and liquid transfer pumps) in full compliance with industry standards.
· Implement cost reduction initiatives in assembly line while maintaining high-quality standards
· Handle activities relating to fabrication and assembly.
· Spot any unsafe operations and practices during manufacturing and report them to the Manufacturing head
· Ensure timely assembly/manufacture of units as per targets defined
· Conduct activities in assembly / manufacturing that follow production standards and production processes defined
· Ensure the setup of production equipment and materials before execution of job orders
· Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing
· Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety
· Adjust available production capacity to meet planned requirements
· Assist in developing production budgets and schedules
· Ensure equipment and materials are used in a judicious manner to avoid scraps
· Maintain production documentations and generate routine and ad-hoc reports
· Implement safety/protection standards for mobilization of units to countries of operation
· Work closely with Documentation to develop guidance materials needed to operate units
· Fix, remove, rebuild units using various tools, machines, equipment
· Work with welders for any welding and soldering activities
· Review and ensures SQ compliance prior and during the job execution
· Ensure that job execution is performed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
· Attend QHSE fundamental training as required by the company
· Strive for Service Quality and SQ QUALITY PLAN implementation.
· Ensure that all company policies and standards, all applicable Business Line Services rules and procedures related to their work are complied with.
Experience : 2-3 years of experience working with oil field equipment like Detroit engines, pumps, etc. The employee should be able to learn and assist senior mechanics in the dismantling & assembling of components. Perform periodic and corrective maintenance, and safely use hand and power tools, measuring instruments and workshop equipment, able to read & understand technical documents with good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification : High School or Diploma
Language : Arabic and English ( Reading , Writing and Speaking)
