👨🍳 Position: Roti & Rogani Naan Chef
📍 Location: Khobar / Dammam
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Roti & Rogani Naan Chef
• Strong experience in making Roti, Chapati, Rogani Naan, Paratha, Kulcha, and other tandoor breads
• Excellent knowledge of dough preparation, kneading, fermentation, shaping, and tandoor cooking
• Skilled in making soft, properly cooked Roti and Rogani Naan with consistent quality
• Good knowledge of tandoor handling and temperature control
• Able to maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety
• Neat, clean, and professionally presentable
• Able to keep the workstation clean and organized
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
• Must hold a valid Iqama or Baladiya Card
• Must currently live in or around Khobar or Dammam
