• Developed and maintained MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Created detailed 3D models and isometric drawings for pumps and AHUs.
• Modeled HVAC systems, chilled water piping, plumbing systems, and firefighting
systems.
• Performed quantity take-offs (QTO) for ducts, duct accessories, chilled water pipes,
plumbing systems, and firefighting pipes.
• Extracted quantities and relevant information from the Revit model for project
