Job Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models throughout all project stages. Drafting and preparing plans, section and detail callouts. Attending daily and weekly meetings .and assigning daily work to individuals.
Developed and creating custom templates, parametric Revit families for railings, Balusters, sheet, Curtain Walls, Mullions, Door, Windows, Beams, Columns, Rebars, Stairs, Façade, Ceilings, Site Components Etc. up to LOD 400, LOD 500.Maintaining naming Convention of sheets, views as per ISO 19650.Creating Mep families, and testing them to meet requirements .
Creating and Preparing IFC (Issued for Construction) and shop drawings. Prepare and deliver high-quality architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and construction.
Utilize advanced BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, PyRevit and BIM 360, Dynamo, BIM Interoperability tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
Preparing And Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) folders Structure as Per ISO 19650 Guideline.
Coordinated multidisciplinary Architectural, Structural, and MEP models, including project setup and shared coordinates. Using Civil3d grading and leveling of site and preparing landscape .
Preparing Revit Model for Navisworks, Creating sets and Clash Test sets for clash Detection across different Disciplines in Navisworks as Per Clash Matrix.
Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. Reviewing markup, assigning markup, updating revisions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in BIM practices and Optimize BIM workflows by doing QC checks regularly. Ensuring proper worksets.
