Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead façade projects, particularly GRC/GFRC works, from planning and design coordination through production, installation, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
- Oversee design coordination, shop drawings, material approvals, production, delivery, and site installation.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Monitor progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement recovery plans when required.
- Manage project risks, variations, contractual obligations, and progress reporting.
- Ensure completion of snagging, documentation, and final handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven project management experience in façade construction, with hands-on experience in GRC/GFRC projects.
- Strong understanding of façade production, installation methods, and site execution.
- Experience managing projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage project costs and contractual requirements.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required. PMP certification is an advantage.
