📢 URGENT HIRING – SENIOR STRUCTURAL / REBAR ENGINEER – STEEL DETAILER
📍 Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hospitality Development
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and review reinforcement / steel rebar detailing for high-rise structural works.
Develop Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from approved structural drawings.
Review rebar shop drawings, reinforcement layouts, sections and details.
Coordinate reinforcement with Structural, Architectural, MEP and site teams.
Check rebar quantities, bar sizes, lengths, shapes, laps and bending details.
Identify reinforcement clashes and technical discrepancies and coordinate solutions.
Coordinate with rebar fabrication and site installation teams.
Ensure detailing complies with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
🔹 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
🚨 Strong Steel Rebar / Reinforcement Detailing Experience – Mandatory
🚨 High-Rise Tower Construction Experience – Mandatory
🚨 5-Star Hotel Tower Experience – Mandatory
🚨 Experience in VVIP Residences / Luxury Hospitality Developments – Mandatory
✅ Strong knowledge of structural drawings and reinforced concrete construction.
✅ Strong BBS and rebar shop drawing experience.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD / Rebar Detailing Software preferred.
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering preferred.

High-rise tower, 5-star hotel, VVIP residence and luxury hospitality experience must be clearly mentioned in the CV, including project name, scope and duration.
