Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of tailoring experience
* Experience in uniforms, workwear, or industrial garments preferred
* Good knowledge of cutting, stitching, and measurements
* Ability to read and follow garment patterns
* Good finishing and quality control skills
* Able to work independently and meet production requirements
