We're looking for an experienced Sr. Procurement Specialist to join our team.
📍 Location: Bahrain
⏳ Experience: 15+ years
🇮🇳 Preference: Indian nationals
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and logistics operations.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Identify, evaluate, and manage local & international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions.
Manage purchase orders, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and inventory coordination.
Monitor supplier performance, costs, quality, and delivery.
Prepare procurement reports, bid comparisons, and cost-saving analysis.
Ensure compliance with company procurement and quality standards.
Use ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing & logistics, preferably in Construction, MEP, ELV, Data Centre, or Industrial Equipment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong supplier network and negotiation skills.
ERP/SAP experience preferred.
Valid Bahrain driving license and locally available candidates are preferred.
