We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team, with a focus on fit-out and finishing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise directly with client, throughout the project
• Manage and supervise fit-out and finishing works on site
• Coordinate MEP works with the relevant trades
• Prepare, price, and submit tenders and bids for new projects
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in fit-out and finishing projects
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
• Strong spoken and written English, with confident client communication
• Experience in tendering, estimating, and preparing proposals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
