Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
Prepare correspondence, letters, presentations, and other office documents.
Coordinate office supplies and monitor inventory.
Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and basic administrative records.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Welcome visitors and provide general office support.
Assist management and team members with administrative requests and projects.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required.
Bachelor Degree or relevant qualification; additional administrative training is a plus.
