We are looking for 40 experienced HVAC Technicians for a project involving the installation and connection of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to existing building services.📌
Scope of Work
1. Mechanical Rigging amp; MountingInstallation of anchors and threaded rods for fixing FCUs to concrete ceilings at required engineering levels and heights.Installation of rubber pads and vibration isolators to minimize noise and vibration transmission.Leveling and alignment of FCUs using a spirit level to ensure proper operation and condensate drainage.
2. System Connections amp; Hook-UpDuct Connection: Connect FCU collars to existing ductwork using flexible canvas connectors and properly seal joints to prevent air leakage.
3. Refrigerant Piping: Connect existing suction and liquid copper lines to FCU valves/ports.
4. Electrical Connection: Connect existing power and control cables to the FCU internal control panel.
5. Drain Connection: Connect FCU condensate drain outlets to the existing drainage network.
👷 Requirements
Minimum 40 HVAC Technicians required.
Eligibility:
Proven experience in FCU installation and HVAC works.Ability to read and understand HVAC installation drawings.Experience with copper pipe, duct, drainage and electrical/control connections.Ability to work safely at required ceiling heights.Relevant HVAC qualifications/certifications will be an advantage.
