Description: A Large scale project consist of multiple sites contain offices and accommodation facility.
Main Activities and Responsibilities office facility:
Installation and configuration of computers, Printers and network devices, supporting Users ln creating
computer accounts, raising SAP roles, CRM, Shared folder access as per Saudi Aramco rules and
regulations. Handling Computer H/W and software related problems, taking care day to day IT related
requirements, maintaining the inventory of all computer printers and consumables. Manage email security
system and domain protection. Supporting the contractors for EPM accesses.
Main Activities and Responsibilities accommodation facility:
Facilitating more than 200+ end users at TCF Housing community with IT services (Internet, IP
telephones IP TV AND IP CCTV) controlled from Telecom room. Hands-on experienced in Configure
monitor and troubleshoot network devices and servers as mentioned below.
