📌 Position: Technical Architecture Engineer
🔹 Required Experience
10+ years of relevant professional experience in architectural engineering and construction.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel projects.Minimum 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Candidates without relevant high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered.Strong experience in technical architecture, construction coordination, shop drawings, and site execution.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate architectural drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.Coordinate architectural works with Structural, MEP, Façade, Interior Design, and other disciplines.Review material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and technical data sheets.
Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries and provide practical construction solutions.
Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.Conduct site inspections and monitor the execution of architectural works.Coordinate high-rise tower elements, including cores, shafts, podiums, façades, and vertical coordination.
Support BIM coordination and clash detection and resolve architectural coordination issues.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams.Review architectural details, finishes, façade systems, waterproofing, and fit-out works.Support QA/QC teams in maintaining the required architectural quality standards.Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, and construction workshops
Assist with value engineering and constructability reviews where required.Maintain proper technical documentation, drawing revisions, and records.Support snagging, de-snagging, handover, and as-built documentation.Provide technical guidance to architectural engineers and site teams. 🎓 Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering or a related field.Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in high-rise buildings and 4/5-star hotels.Strong knowledge of architectural construction, detailing, finishes, and technical coordination.Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and architectural documentation.Strong communication and coordination skills.
