China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for an experienced Precast Engineer.
👌Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience
Mandatory high-rise building amp; 4/5-star hotel experience Minimum 80% of total experience must be in high-rise buildings Strong experience in precast production, installation, erection, and technical coordination
Ability to review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, MEP, QA/QC, and site teams
👌Key Responsibilities:
Supervise precast production and installation activities.
Review drawings, specifications, and erection procedures.
Coordinate transportation, lifting, and installation of precast elements.
Ensure proper alignment, levels, quality, and safety.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
⚠️ Candidates without high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered.
