Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and execute chemical cleaning operations (degreasing, acid cleaning, passivation, decontamination, neutralization, disinfection, solvent cleaning).
-Ensure proper selection, handling, and safe use of chemicals and equipment (pumps, tanks, hoses, valves, filters, dosing & circulation systems).
-Conduct and monitor acid/base chemical analysis and maintain correct chemical concentrations.
-Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, including site visits and performance follow‑up.
-Prepare and manage project documentation: Method Statements, JSA, Risk -Assessments, Procedures, ITPs, Analysis Reports, and Progress Reports.
-Coordinate with clients for submissions, reviews, comments, and approvals.
-Train, guide, and evaluate field teams to ensure high technical and safety standards.
-Ensure readiness of all chemical cleaning tools and equipment before mobilization.
-Identify new projects, clients, tenders, and business opportunities; support proposals, quotations, and client communication.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to service quality and operational efficiency.
Required Experience
-Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in chemical cleaning operations within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
-Strong knowledge of chemicals, their properties, compatibility, concentrations, and safe handling.
-Practical experience with chemical cleaning equipment, pumps, tanks, hoses, valves, filters, circulation and dosing systems.
-Solid understanding of acid/base chemical analysis.
-Experience supervising field teams and managing site activities.
-Strong background in project documentation and HSE compliance.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
-Willingness to travel and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
