- 3-5 Years Sous Chef or similar culinary experience
- 5 Star Hotel or upscale hospitality experience preferred
- Strong Kitchen leadership and team management skills
- Excellent food safety, hygience & HACCP knowledge
- Skilled in Kitchen operations, food quality & cost control
- Able to work under pressure and lead during busy service
- Flexible with shifts, weekends and holidays
- Available immediately or on short notice
