Job description:
- Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment and seating area.
- Restock ingredients, cups and other supplies.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor ingredient levels and report shortages.
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support other café duties when required.
Minimum qualifications:
- Previous barista/café experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation.
- Good customer-service skills.
- Basic English communication, Arabic is a plus.
- Numeracy and ability to handle cash/POS systems.
- Good personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
