We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor – Construction to supervise and coordinate MEP works at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP installation and construction activities on site.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related MEP works.
Supervise MEP subcontractors, technicians, and workers.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, structural, and other site teams.
Monitor the quality, progress, and proper execution of MEP works.
Ensure installations are carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify installation issues or defects.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers and Project Management to resolve site and technical issues.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP activities.
Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with procurement and site teams.
Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections, snagging, and handover of MEP systems.
Maintain daily site reports and records of MEP activities and progress.
Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and safe working practices.
Report delays, technical issues, and site concerns to the Project Manager/MEP Engineer.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP site supervision within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Previous Bahrain construction experience is preferred/required.
Experience working on building construction projects, villas, commercial buildings, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating MEP subcontractors and site teams.
Good knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and construction procedures.
Strong site supervision, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
