Job description:
- Provide professional massage services according to the services offered by the facility.
- Consult with clients regarding their preferences and relevant contraindications before treatment.
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
- Prepare and sanitize the treatment area before and after each session.
- Use appropriate massage techniques according to training and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate appointment and service records.
- Explain aftercare recommendations where appropriate.
- Report any client concerns or incidents to management.
- Follow the company’s hygiene, safety and professional-conduct policies.
Minimum qualifications:
- Recognized certificate/diploma in massage therapy or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Previous professional massage experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of massage techniques and basic anatomy.
- Good hygiene and professional presentation.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to maintain strict professional boundaries.
