We are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor – Construction to join our construction team in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate site surveys, setting out construction works, checking levels and coordinates, and supporting site activities for villas, buildings, and other construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct construction site surveys, measurements, leveling, and site inspections.
Carry out accurate setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, drainage, and other construction works.
Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, levels, and reference points.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.
Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
Check dimensions, elevations, alignment, levels, and positioning of construction elements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, measurements, calculations, and as-built survey information.
Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the concerned engineer.
Maintain accurate records of survey data and site measurements.
Ensure surveying activities are carried out accurately and according to project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction surveying experience.
Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and related surveying equipment.
Strong knowledge of construction setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is an advantage.
Experience in building, villa, commercial, high-rise, or civil construction projects is preferred.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is required.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and site coordination skills.
