**Crusher Plant & Asphalt Batch Plant**
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering**, or a related field.
* Minimum **10 years of experience** in production management, preferably in **crusher plants and asphalt batch plants**.
* Strong hands-on experience in managing **crusher plant and asphalt batch plant operations**.
* Experience in the production of **aggregates, asphalt, and related construction materials**.
* Strong knowledge of plant operations, production planning, maintenance coordination, and equipment performance.
* Experience in managing production teams, operators, technicians, and plant workers.
* Good knowledge of **quality control, HSE requirements, preventive maintenance, and production standards**.
* Ability to monitor production targets, material consumption, plant efficiency, and operating costs.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Experience in the **construction, road, and infrastructure sectors** is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and supervise the daily operations of the **crusher plant and asphalt batch plant**.
* Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet project requirements.
* Monitor production quantities, plant efficiency, material consumption, and operating costs.
* Ensure the production of aggregates and asphalt meets the required **quality and project specifications**.
* Coordinate with **Maintenance, Quality Control, Procurement, Logistics, and Project teams**.
* Supervise plant operators, technicians, and production staff and allocate work accordingly.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize plant downtime.
* Monitor the availability and performance of plant machinery and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with **HSE policies, environmental requirements, and company procedures**.
* Prepare production reports and monitor actual production against planned targets.
* Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Manage raw material requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
* Maintain proper records of production, equipment performance, material consumption, and downtime.
