🔹 OPEN POSITION: Precast Technical Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical design coordination for precast structural elements including precast slabs, beams, stairs and other precast components.
Review and coordinate precast shop drawings, design drawings, calculations and technical submissions.
Check precast designs for constructability, structural coordination and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate precast elements with structural, architectural and MEP requirements, including openings, embeds and interfaces.
Review design changes and support precast member optimization where required.
Coordinate technical issues with Design Consultants, precast suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams.
Identify clashes, discrepancies and design risks and propose practical technical solutions.
Follow up drawing approvals, revisions, fabrication and technical queries through the project cycle.
Provide technical support during precast fabrication, delivery and site installation.
Maintain updated design records, technical comments, approvals and coordination documents.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in precast concrete design and technical coordination.
Strong understanding of precast beams, slabs, stairs and structural connections.
Experience with large-scale High-Rise Building Projects is preferred.
Strong ability to read structural drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of structural design standards and precast construction methodology.
Experience coordinating with consultants, suppliers and specialist subcontractors.
Good English communication and technical reporting skills.
