Main Job Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for the organization and coordination of all lifting and hoisting operations in the project, implementation of plans, on-site safety management, and scheduling of personnel and equipment. Serving as the technical and safety interface for lifting operations, coordinating with the general contractor, subcontractors, crane operators, signalers, supervisors, and the owner to ensure that lifting operations are carried out in compliance and an orderly manner.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with lifting specifications and large-scale lifting calculations, and able to interpret lifting drawings;
2. Possess professional communication skills in English (for international positions) and be familiar with the construction site HSE system;
3. Familiar with crane and lifting gear inspection standards, and capable of identifying lifting risks;
4. Familiar with overseas project work permits and local labor and safety regulations;
5. Strong on-site coordination skills, capable of managing multi-national teams.
