Job Responsibilities:
Manage the daily work and staff in the laundry shop.
Follow up on daily laundry orders and make sure everything is done correctly and on time.
Handle customer complaints and solve problems.
Manage customer service and make sure customers are satisfied.
Follow up on deliveries and collections.
Check the quality of washing, ironing, pressing, and packing.
Handle the POS system and customer payments.
Keep the shop clean and organized.
Deal with daily problems and find solutions quickly.
Make sure staff are doing their work properly.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or shop/store management experience is required.
Laundry experience is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
Able to manage staff and daily shop operations.
Able to handle customer complaints professionally.
Able to work a 12-hour shift.
Salary & Trial Period:
Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and skills.
There will be a 2-weeks trial period. If the candidate performs well and is suitable for the position, we will continue with the employment.
