shop drawings, method statements and technical specifications
before execution. coordinate with technical, architectural and MEP
engineers to avoid conflicts and execution delays.
â?¢ Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Direct on-site workforce,
coordinate subcontractor schedules, and track material deliveries.
