Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Sales: Identify new business opportunities, engage MEP contractors/consultants, build pipeline, and achieve set annual sales targets.
• Technical Engineering & Bidding: Conduct BOQ analysis, review specs for ELV, BMS, HVAC, and Liquid Leakage Detection Systems (LLDS), and prepare technical submittals, proposals, and compliance statements.
• Project Coordination: Oversee on-site engineering activities, support Data Center and commercial project deployments, and manage project documentation (RFIs, method statements, handovers).
Key Requirements
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in ELV, BMS, and MEP integration (Data Center industry experience preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Liquid Leakage Detection Systems (LLDS), HVAC controls, and critical infrastructure monitoring.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English (essential for technical documentation and client presentations).
• Key Traits: Commercially driven, highly hardworking, smart problem-solver, and capable of multi-tasking under dynamic deadlines.
