Manufacturing Andon Software

Manufacturing Andon software takes what used to be a scramble of shouted requests and hand signals and turns it into an organized alert system that fires in real time. A snapped part or a sudden material shortage on the line can sit unresolved for a long stretch when the only option is manual signaling. Connecting floor workers straight to supervisors through digital alerts cuts that gap and brings mean time to repair down noticeably. Soft Designers builds Andon software meant to help plants keep their lines balanced and their uptime intact.
