📍 Other preferred areas: Al Khobar or Dammam
**Requirements:**
- Clean and decent/neat residential area
- 2BHK suitable for a family
- Vacating/available apartments are preferable
- Furnished or unfurnished — both are fine
- If furnished, we are happy to pay a reasonable additional amount for the furniture
- Maximum budget: SAR 1500 per month
- We are looking to deal directly with the owner and are not willing to pay any agent/broker fee
- We will pay the agreed rental amount and, if applicable, the furniture amount
