Responsibilities:
Prepare and craft high-quality sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese specialties with precision and consistency. 🥢
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all food preparation areas.
Manage inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and handle stock ordering efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during peak service hours.
2. Waitresses (2 Openings) 🛎️
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations.
Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and billing professionally and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.
Requirements:
Iqama Status: Transferable Iqama only 📋
