Position: Production Baker / Factory Machine Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Bakers / Factory Machine Operators to join our food production team in Sudair, Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process bakery products according to company recipes and standards.
Operate and monitor industrial bakery and production machines.
Set up, adjust, and clean production equipment.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
Monitor baking and production processes.
Check products for quality, weight, appearance, and consistency.
Follow daily production schedules and targets.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Report machine problems or production issues to the supervisor.
Assist with packing and other factory production duties when required.
Requirements:
Previous bakery or food factory experience is preferred.
Experience operating bakery/production machinery is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of baking and food production.
Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Good teamwork and attention to detail.
