A prestigious 5-star hotel in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. Purchasing Manager
Minimum 5 years of relevant purchasing experience, preferably within 5-star hotels.
Strong experience in hotel procurement, supplier management, negotiations, and cost control.
Good knowledge of hotel operating supplies, food & beverage purchasing, FF&E, OS&E, and general supplies.
Strong understanding of procurement procedures, vendor evaluation, and purchasing systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
2. Purchasing Executive
Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels.
Good knowledge of hotel purchasing procedures and supplier coordination.
Experience in sourcing quotations, purchase orders, follow-up, receiving coordination, and documentation.
Good knowledge of local suppliers and market prices is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous hotel experience is highly preferred.
