I am looking for someone to share bed space in a flat of 2 rooms, separate kitchen and toilet (3rd floor), 1 room already occupied, for another room needed someone clean and hygiene.

Terms & conditions:
- Must be an Indian Muslim. Keralite (mallu) preferred.
- Must have legal job in hands and valid iqama.
- Room rent must be paid on 1st of each month without delay.
- 3 months advance preferred (negotiable).
- Anyone with Huroob or absent from work permit status cannot be accommodated.

- Room equipped with AC, carpet, window curtain, dress hangers.
- general toilet, washing machine, fridge, kitchen with gas stove and inside shoe stand.

Muslim with a decent professional background with fixed location job is preferred.
