We are looking for a qualified 2D & 3D Architectural Draftsman / Designer (Pakistani or Indian nationality) based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree/diploma in Architecture or Interior Design and have strong technical skills in creating detailed 2D shop drawings and high-quality 3D visual renderings. In addition to technical design expertise, practical knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, custom furniture fabrication, and joinery detailing is required. The candidate must be able to read complex architectural plans, prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and ensure seamless execution between drawings and workshop production.
Key Requirements:
- Nationality: Pakistani or Indian
- Location: KSA (Transferable Iqama preferred)
- Proficient in 2D Drafting (AutoCAD) and 3D Visualization / Rendering software.
- Strong background and understanding of carpentry, wooden structures, and interior joinery work.
- Well-educated with good communication skills and ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Experience in preparing material lists and shop drawings for production.
