* Confident in handling phone calls and client enquiries
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Good at client follow-up and building relationships
* Comfortable explaining company formation and investment services
* Understanding of Chinese business culture and client expectations
* Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
Role: Handle incoming calls and enquiries, explain Al Raee Group’s services in English or Mandarin as needed, follow up with potential clients, and help convert enquiries into customers.
