Experienced HVAC & Fire Fighting Engineer with strong knowledge of the design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of HVAC and fire protection systems for commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- HVAC system design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Experience with chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, package units, split units, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Fire fighting system installation and maintenance, including fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers, fire cabinets, and fire extinguishing systems.
- Knowledge of fire protection piping, pump room arrangements, pressure testing, flushing, and system commissioning.
- Preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.
- Coordination with consultants, contractors, clients, and other MEP disciplines.
- Site supervision, quality control, progress monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with applicable international standards and project specifications, including NFPA requirements.
- Conducting inspections, testing, commissioning, and preventive/corrective maintenance activities.
- Strong ability to identify technical issues and coordinate practical solutions at site.
- Commitment to safety, quality, project schedules, and cost-effective execution.
