Contractor Requirements
The interested company should have:
Valid Saudi CR and relevant contracting activities
Proven experience in villa/building construction
Sufficient manpower, technical staff and project management capacity
Financial capability to execute the project
HSE and quality management capability
All required legal/commercial documents
📑 Formal Contract Agreement will be signed between the parties after review and acceptance of the scope, BOQ, commercial terms and contractual conditions.
