Job Vacancy: Experienced Spray Painter (contract base)
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Spray Painter with a strong background in industrial painting and a proven ability to achieve a high-quality finish while maintaining the required DFT (Dry Film Thickness).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in spray painting, preferably industrial/steel fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of DFT/WFT measurements and paint application requirements.
- Ability to achieve and maintain the specified DFT consistently.
- Experience with airless spray and conventional spray equipment
- Good knowledge of surface preparation, mixing ratios, thinning and application procedures.
- Ability to read and follow paint specifications and coating systems.
- Experience using a DFT gauge/coating thickness meter.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
