Mechanical BIM Modler / Draftsman

My name is Tabrez Alam, and I am currently working as a Mechanical BIM Modeler with Al-Futtaim. I have over 9 years of total professional experience, including more than 3 years of Gulf experience in the construction and MEP industry.

I have strong expertise in Mechanical BIM Modeling, Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, clash detection, shop drawing preparation, and MEP system modeling. I have worked on large-scale projects, including the prestigious Red Sea Project, where I was responsible for developing mechanical BIM models in accordance with project standards and requirements.
