Tracking.me is looking for a Branch Customer Support to join our team across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia.

What you'll do:
* Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
* Help customers with registration, activation, and onboarding.
* Guide customers on our mobile app and web platform.
* Explain GPS trackers, dashcams, alerts, reports, and related services.
* Assist with basic device setup and troubleshooting.
* Handle customer inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with technical and installation teams when needed.
* Support branch sales by explaining suitable products and services.
* Make sure customers have a smooth experience at the branch.
What we're looking for:
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Prior experience in a tracking company, GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, or a related industry is preferred.
* Experience in customer service, retail, sales, telecom, electronics, or technology is a plus.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable using mobile apps, web platforms, and basic computer systems.
* Ability to explain technical information in a simple way.
* Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
* Valid Saudi driving licence is a plus.
