RESTAURANT MANAGER
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and lounge operations
• Excellent leadership and staff management skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage busy operations and handle guest concerns
• Knowledge of sales, cost control, inventory and staff scheduling
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Candidates with Bahrain hospitality experience are preferred
BARTENDER
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, lounge or hotel
• Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages and bar operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Good presentation, professional attitude and teamwork
• Experience in lounge/nightlife operations is an advantage
