Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Expected Salary: SAR 5,000–10,000 per month, depending on experience and capability, plus performance/project-based commission for successfully securing and executing projects.

Role Overview
-------------------------
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Electromechanical Project Engineer with strong capabilities in technical engineering, estimation, site execution, and project development.

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Power Plants, Water/Wastewater Plants, Substations, and Industrial Projects and must have previous hands-on site experience.

This is not only a project engineering position. We are specifically looking for an ambitious, honest, responsible, and commercially minded engineer who is interested in growing with the company and has the potential to develop and lead the Electromechanical/Projects Division within the next 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities

Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, tender documents, and client requirements.

Prepare accurate technical and commercial estimations for electromechanical projects.

Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, manpower requirements, equipment requirements, and project budgets.

Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Prepare technical proposals, commercial offers, tender submissions, and clarifications.

Participate in site visits, surveys, pre-bid meetings, and technical discussions with clients.

Support business development activities and identify potential project opportunities.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Plan and supervise onsite electromechanical works.

Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, costs, quality, and progress.

Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

Identify variations, additional works, commercial risks, and potential claims.

Support project negotiations and assist in converting opportunities into awarded projects.

Take ownership of projects from estimation/tender stage through execution and completion.

Gradually develop the capability to establish, manage, and lead the company's Electromechanical Projects Division.

Required Qualifications
----------------------------------
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Previous onsite project execution experience is mandatory.

Relevant experience in one or more of the following sectors:

Power Plants

Water / Wastewater Treatment Plants

Electrical Substations

Industrial Plants and Facilities

Electromechanical Construction and Maintenance

Strong experience in estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, tendering, and technical proposals.

Good understanding of project execution, engineering drawings, specifications, materials, manpower planning, and subcontracting.

PMP, Project Management, Estimation, or other relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and standard project/engineering documentation.

Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Compensation & Growth

Expected Salary: SAR 5,000–10,000/month, negotiable based on experience, technical capability, estimation expertise, and industry exposure.

In addition to the fixed salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for a performance/project-based commission or incentive for successfully securing and executing profitable projects.
