JOB SUMMARY :
The Returns & Exchange Supervisor manages the end-to-end returns and exchange process, using returned or replaced devices as an early warning system for product quality issues in the market. The role ensures the returns pipeline is fast, accurate, and well-documented, and that graded stock is handed back to Logistics & Sales in a sellable condition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Inspect & Classify Returns: Receive, inspect, and classify every returned/replaced device by reason (manufacturing defect, misuse, etc.) and by resale grade.
Spot Quality Patterns Early: Analyze returns data weekly/monthly to detect abnormal spikes in a specific defect, model, or production batch, and escalate recurring patterns to Technical Support as an early warning.
Keep the Cycle Fast & Documented: Track the full cycle — receipt, inspection, decision (Grading), and closure — end-to-end in the system, with photos, inspection reports, and final decisions documented for every case.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with Technical Support on complaint root causes, Logistics & Sales, Suppliers/Factory on confirmed defects and RMA .
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
Experience: 5+ years in after-sales service, quality control, or inventory/warehouse management, ideally with supervisory experience.
Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel required; experience with BI tools (Power BI) preferred.
Communication: Strong cross-departmental coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Eye: Strong attention to detail in assessing device condition and functionality.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Systems: Familiarity with returns/RMA systems, inventory management software.
