Position Summary

We are looking for experienced *Electrical Supervisors / Technicians* with strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience. The candidate should be capable of performing and supervising electrical maintenance activities, troubleshooting faults, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
----------------------------------
- Perform and supervise electrical maintenance activities in industrial plants and project sites.
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify appropriate corrective actions.
- Supervise assigned technicians/helpers and ensure work is completed safely and within schedule.
- Prepare material requests, spare parts requirements, and basic technical reports.
- Coordinate with site/project teams regarding work progress, technical issues, and resource requirements.
- Ensure all electrical activities comply with industrial safety standards and site procedures.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, inspections, and completed works.
- Support shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, and electrical installation projects as required.
Technical Expertise
--------------------------
Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Electric motor maintenance and troubleshooting
- HV/LV switchgear maintenance
- Transformer maintenance
- Electrical *panel maintenance and troubleshooting*
- Solar panel installation and maintenance
- Solar inverter maintenance and troubleshooting
- Electrical testing, inspection, fault finding, and preventive maintenance
- Reading and understanding electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment manuals
Experience Requirements

- Proven industrial electrical maintenance experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with motors, switchgear, transformers, and electrical panels is highly preferred.
- Experience with solar systems, including solar panels and inverters, will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in industrial plants, utilities, manufacturing facilities, or project environments is preferred.
- Supervisory candidates should have experience leading technicians and coordinating electrical maintenance activities.

- Good understanding of HV/LV electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose electrical faults and provide practical solutions.
- Good knowledge of industrial safety standards and safe electrical work practices.

- Ability to prepare material requests and basic technical reports.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop into higher technical or supervisory roles.
Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
- Relevant industrial experience is mandatory.
- Additional electrical, safety, or solar-related certifications will be an advantage.
