Supervise site welding inspection workflows, verify weld fit-up, joint alignment, and pre-heating/post-weld heat treatment (PWHT).
Review Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
Lead quality audits, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and coordinate directly with client representatives to maintain zero-defect standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience in oil & gas construction/pipeline projects.
Aramco Approval: Active Aramco Approval as a QC Welding Inspector is mandatory.
Certifications: Valid AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 certification.
Availability: Must be available for immediate joining.
Status: Valid and Transferable Iqama required.
