Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Saudi Arabia (Field & Remote/Office Opportunities)
Package: Monthly Fixed Salary + Uncapped High-Yield Commission Plan
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business clients requiring land transportation (trailers, flatbeds, curtain-side, daily freight) and warehousing services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, factory managers, and supply chain heads.
Present customized transport and logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate rates, close deals, and achieve monthly business targets.
Conduct market research to identify new transport corridors and service opportunities across the Kingdom.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or land transport is highly preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid Saudi Driving License and transferable Iqama preferred.
