Prepare maintenance plans, assign work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure of work orders in the MRI Facilities Management System.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports while monitoring the performance of landscape personnel.
Program, operate, and troubleshoot irrigation controllers and related irrigation systems.
Ensure the availability of required tools, equipment, materials, and consumables for daily operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and client requirements.
Ensure the daily removal and proper disposal of garden debris.
Inspect and monitor the condition and maintenance of landscaping equipment and machinery.
Coordinate with the client and relevant teams to address landscaping and irrigation-related issues.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and equipment status.
Ensure landscaping areas are maintained to the required quality and presentation standards.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience in landscaping, irrigation, and facilities maintenance.
Good knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, landscaping equipment, and routine maintenance practices.
Good supervisory and team-management skills.
Written and spoken English is mandatory.
Valid Saudi driving license is required.
